As part of its year-long strategic planning process, the CSGM Board of Directors on June 22 voted to adopt the following statements after much introspection and many planning sessions and retreats:

We are a leader at creating mutually beneficial relationships with individuals and businesses to ensure local nonprofits have the resources necessary to build a more just, caring and healthy community for people and animals.

Our Mission 

Community Shares of Greater Milwaukee raises funds for local nonprofits focused on social justice, the environment and animal welfare.  We respect donor choices and make giving simple.
